Isaiah Wright recently graduated from high school, but he lacks direction in his life and has a negative attitude. In an attempt to win his mother Cynthia over, he begins looking for job, albeit not with much enthusiasm. One of the companies Joshua Moore applies to is his own, a manufacturer of exercise equipment. Joshua takes Isaiah under his wing, first coaching him to help him see things with greater maturity and then introducing him to the Forge, a Christian men's organisation.
