Confidentiality  

Ensure you have a nondisclosure agreement in your contract to prevent your project from disclosing, circulating, or revealing identity.  In addition, the right to the content created must be included. This will help keep your project confidential and won't let the ghostwriter claim ownership of the work. 

Revisions Agreement 

Decide with your ghostwriter about the number of revisions you can ask for and include in the contract. It will clarify the fee and prevent any dispute.

Payment Terms 

State payment terms and include the method of payment and additional cost for the entire project. At the same time, it also includes the payment schedule, instalments, and method of payment.
