Finding a dissertation topic in business management was part and parcel of learning for me I initially had an interest in strategic management, leadership and innovation. I continuously attended seminars and read the current journals to determine what was new and what areas were lacking research. Speaking with professors as well as with peers was also very beneficial while developing the concept.
